Meet The Team

Aysha is the a recognized expert in the IDD community.  Aysha brought The AMP Hudson Valley to life with  over10 years experience in the IDD field and a Master of Science degree from Mercy College.  Aysha has a background in supported employment management where she helped well over 100 people gain vocational skills across the Hudson Valley and enter the workforce over the course of 6 years.  She also worked as a care manager where she supported members of the community in excelling in all aspects of life.  Aysha is an advocate or inclusion and equality. 

Reilly is passionate about providing person centered support, advocating for others, being culturally sensitive and aware, emotionally intelligent clear communicator, confident, and well-spoken, adaptable, flexible, and responsive, a critical thinker, able to quickly assess situations and respond appropriately, resourceful, creative, and, open-minded, curious, and nonjudgmental, welcoming to
critic and redirection, a natural teacher

Ivonne is a tech savvy jane of all trades who is meticulous in everything that she does.  Ivonne is a recognized expert in web development and design.  Her valuable balance of technical skill and creativity shape our organization.
