Got a Problem?

Ivy White

We all come across problems that can have an effect on our mood.

If we handle the conflict with care, we can manipulate our future & the outcome can be in our favor.

Some problems can be small like trying to find the remote for the television.

Some can be big like a disagreement with someone you love.

Whether the size or the way it makes you feel, it can be stressful to handle in the moment.

While dealing with a problem can be difficult, there are ways you can solve it with 4 steps:

  1. Define the problem

  2. Come up with a few solutions

  3. Decide on a solution

  4. Implement the solution

When using a strategy like this, it can eliminate some stress & anxiety that comes with problem solving.

Sometimes this won't mean it can solve the issue then & there. However, it sure does help to have a plan & to be in control of a situation than to be left wondering how you can move forward with it.

This all goes hand in hand with learning about yourself & bringing awareness to your very own self-esteem. When you start to find your own triggers & things that make you react to an issue you are dealing with, you being to have more control over your life and how you respond to things that can happen around you or to you.

Always give yourself grace because some problems can be overwhelming however you are on a journey to get better each and every day.

Remember that having a strategy you can turn to always puts you ahead of the situation.
